The CSA Program will provide significant opportunity for law enforcement personnel across ASEANAPOL to increase knowledge and awareness of cybercrime, gain access to mentoring and coaching of cybercrime investigations and enable cybercrime investigation best practice to be shared. It will also enhance law enforcement capability and collaboration within the region to help protect vulnerable communities against cybercrime.
The CSA Program offers tiered training – from introductory to advanced. Each Tier includes an assessment based progression with certification received at successful completion at each level. All courses will be available in English in addition to Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa and Laotian.
- Tier 1 - Online training (via AFP virtual platform). This nine module course is aimed at all police and investigators and provides a general overview of cybercrime and cybercrime investigations.
- Tier 2 - Face-to-face training. This course is aimed at cybercrime investigators and includes practical experience.
- Tier 3 - Developed for the pure cybercrime specialist investigator. Participants will be provided with advanced level of technical training.
